Cancellation
Cancel from the dashboard before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents the next charge; access normally remains active until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling does not automatically refund a completed billing period.
Refund requests
Use the contact and transaction links in your Paddle receipt or email hello@aifluencyschool.com with the account email and transaction reference. Paddle handles the payment and refund transaction. Requests are assessed under the terms displayed at checkout and any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights that apply in your country.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Report a duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognised charge promptly. Do not send card numbers or passwords by email. We will use the Paddle transaction reference to investigate.
Effect of a refund
A full refund can end the related subscription access. Fraudulent payment or chargeback activity may result in account suspension while the transaction is investigated. Statutory rights are not affected.
